In the first half-hour, Fr. Francis Bitterman, Vocation Director for the Archdiocese of Chicago, talks with Sr. Elyse Ramirez about Pope Francis calling for "The Year of Consecrated Life." They talk about their reactions, plans for the year, and upcoming events for both CAVA and the Vocation Office. During the second half-hour St. Joseph College Seminarian Charlie Plovanich continues his discussion with Theo McManigal and Dylan Conover on why more and more young men are responding to God's call to the priesthood. During this half hour, they discuss why the college seminary is a good fit for them at this point in their lives and what they've been discovering.

We talk to Rebecca and John Ramonez the youth ministry coordinators from St. Mary of Celle in Berwyn about the Lenten activities that happen at the parish for adults and teenagers. We also talk with parishoner Luis Alvarez, a high school freshman, who is involved in his parish youth group and a member of the Archdiocesan Pastoral Youth Council.

St. Anne parish has more households with elderly parishioners than young families, so they have shifted the focus of the Year of Strong Catholic Parents towards grandparents and godparents. Two other guests have responded to the requests of parents of children with special needs to adjust religious education curriculum to meet the diverse needs of this population.
