The mission of the Office of Human Dignity and Solidarity is to put the gospel and Catholic social teaching to work to transform the lives of others through social ministry. With service and justice at its core, the Office of Human Dignity and Solidarity provides tangible ways for the people of the Archdiocese of Chicago to foster community, help meet the immediate needs of the community and address the root causes of poverty and injustice.
Each month, the show will host discussions centering on ministry to immigrants, the incarcerated, the unborn, the dying, the poor and others on the margins of our society. Topics will also include service opportunities, leadership formation, justice education and advocacy efforts, all of which are designed to promote solidarity with all and foster the common good.
